I have worked with a large number of realtors and Jay is one of the best I have come across. Working in insurance I had the opportunity to work with many of Jay's customers and none of them ever had even an average review. If you are looking for a great realtor with a broad knowledge of the market then Jay is likely the best fit you will find!

If you’re looking for a realtor that will not call you back or not do any anything for you, you definitely do NOT want to use Jay. He is the best of the best and will take care of you from looking for your dream home to selling your childhood home. He is incredibly talented and no question one of the best in Arkansas. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Jay helped me buy my first home! He walked through everything with me and helped answer every question I had along the way. I was nervous since I had not gone through the home buying process before, but I felt very confident the entire time with him by my side. This was 7 years ago and he still checks in on me to see how I’m doing and offers recommendations when I need help. I will absolutely be using him again in the future!

Jay is the most professional realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was always on top of everything through the process and communicated everything to us every step of the way. Jay sold two houses for us and he found our dream home and never steered us wrong at any point. His knowledge of construction along with being professional and honest is top notch. His drive to help us find the right house and make everything as smooth as possible was quite impressive. You don’t find people with his work ethic very often. In late November my partner and I were stressed about our living situation and decided we were going to purchase a home rather than renewing the lease on our apartment in February. Not confident I could do that in two months, I met with Jay and he put me at ease while going over the first time home buying process in detail. Jay is super easy to work with and did everything to make sure we got the fairest deal possible. If a place wasn't marketed or advertised fairly, he let us know — immediately. Jay is also just so friendly and nice that you won't want your relationship to end after you sign the closing papers. I'd recommend Jay to my nearest and dearest.

Jay helped my husband and I buy our home in Little Rock and helped make our move from Texas really stress free. He was very gracious when we backed out of the first home we made an offer on and helped us find the perfect house for us. He also shared some awesome recommendations for an inspector, lender, and home painter. It was a relief to arrive in Little Rock the first day and already have our home painted and ready for move in. I just purchased my first home and was embarrassingly naive about the process. Jay had immeasurable patience with me. He went above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lender/inspectors/insurance, to how often to service aspects of the home, and SO MUCH MORE. He not only paid attention to factors of each home we looked at in terms of my life at present, but also in the context of my future, making sure I make the best investment decision. Jay is very kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly abound with enthusiasm! He made the entire process significantly easier than it really should have been, and I know I would not have ended up with my dream home without him. He’s a one stop shop and has a trustworthy contact for any and every service you can think of once you’re moved in. You will often hear him say, “I got a guy” while beaming ear to ear.
